These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ROOFER SEO website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
ROOFER SEO provides digital marketing services for roofing companies, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC), social media advertising, AI lead management, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your individual service agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
While we work aggressively to drive results, search rankings, lead volume, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, market conditions, competition, and your own sales and intake processes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead counts, or revenue outcomes. Any examples, case studies, or projections are illustrative and not promises of future performance.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, information, approvals, and materials reasonably necessary for us to perform our services, and to ensure all materials you provide are accurate and do not infringe any third-party rights.
Fees & Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, and our proprietary methods and tools (including Roofline™) are owned by ROOFER SEO and protected by applicable laws. Work product delivered under a paid engagement is owned by the client upon full payment, except for our pre-existing and proprietary materials, which remain ours.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only to perform under the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROOFER SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROOFER SEO from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your materials, or your use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the applicable service agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
